Billing & Insurance
Your insurance company requires that we collect applicable co-pays and co-insurance fees at the time of your visit. We accept cash, checks and credit/debit cards.
We will submit your claim to your insurance company for services rendered. Should you have a balance on your account, we will provide you with a monthly statement.
