Dr. Pavon has practiced Internal medicine and Nephrology in Hampton Roads for more than thirty years. He has had extensive experience in internal medicine, hypertension and nephrology. Dr. Pavon has consulting privileges at Bon Secours DePaul Medical Center and Sentara Leigh Hospital. Dr. Pavon has dialysis privileges at several DaVita Dialysis Centers in Norfolk, Virginia.

Mrs. Paluszek is a certified Family Practice Nurse Practitioner. Beth received her Bachelor of Science degree in Nursing from the University of Virginia and her Masters of Science degree from Old Dominion Universtiy. She has been practicing internal medicine for over ten years.
